TruPriv
For advisors

You write the advice. We build the instrument that proves it was followed.

Law firms and consultancies are the reason most Indian organisations will understand the DPDP Act at all. What they lack is a way to make the advice hold in the client's systems once the engagement ends.

Your advice, made operational

A memo tells a client what the Act requires. It cannot capture consent, halt processing on withdrawal, or produce the artefact eighteen months later. That gap between advice and evidence is where the penalty sits, and it is the gap this product closes.

Clause-level traceability

Every control maps to the section it discharges. When you review an implementation, you are reading against the same clauses you advised on rather than reverse-engineering a vendor's feature list.

No advice from us

TruPriv does not offer legal advice and does not intend to. We build the instrument; the judgement stays with you and your client.

Referral and review

If your clients need the software, we would rather they hear it from you. Talk to us about how referral and implementation review should work. We are designing it now and would prefer to design it with practitioners.
